<span style="color: #003366;"><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">HR operational and admin duties which includes but not limited to:</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Supporting recruitment activities</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Lifecycle of employees – from onboarding to offboarding</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Employee data management using Whyze HR Management System</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Process and generate monthly payroll reports</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Timely submission of CPF contribution, IR21 and yearly income tax filing</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave and other government related claims</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Preparation of confirmation letters, promotion letters etc.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Follow-up on staff movement (eg. confirmation, resignation etc.)</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Execution and launching of the Rewards &amp; Recognition Program</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Handle labour market surveys</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Maintain employee files and update HR related information</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Involve in introducing of new HR programs, projects and policies</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Office administrative duties</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Assigned Ad-hoc duties</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #003366;">Candidate who is registered with CEA as a real estate salesperson preferred. Training to assist the in-house sales team in follow ups and contract administrations will be given.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #003366;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Real Estate Business or equivalent</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Effective team-player with a positive attitude</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Organized and meticulous in documentation</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Good command of written and spoken English</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Management System</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Good communication and interpersonal skills</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Preferably coming on with customer service or sales related experiences</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Registered CEA Real Estate Salesperson or Diploma/Degree with a Real Estate discipline will be an added advantage</span></p>
