Job Description
Responsibilities:
HR operational and admin duties which includes but not limited to:
Supporting recruitment activities
Lifecycle of employees – from onboarding to offboarding
Employee data management using Whyze HR Management System
Process and generate monthly payroll reports
Timely submission of CPF contribution, IR21 and yearly income tax filing
Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave and other government related claims
Preparation of confirmation letters, promotion letters etc.
Follow-up on staff movement (eg. confirmation, resignation etc.)
Execution and launching of the Rewards & Recognition Program
Handle labour market surveys
Maintain employee files and update HR related information
Involve in introducing of new HR programs, projects and policies
Office administrative duties
Assigned Ad-hoc duties
Candidate who is registered with CEA as a real estate salesperson preferred. Training to assist the in-house sales team in follow ups and contract administrations will be given.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Real Estate Business or equivalent
Effective team-player with a positive attitude
Organized and meticulous in documentation
Good command of written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Management System
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably coming on with customer service or sales related experiences
Registered CEA Real Estate Salesperson or Diploma/Degree with a Real Estate discipline will be an added advantage
